Chery Midrand is hands-down the BEST!

I bought my Chery from another dealership, but after a friend recommended Chery Midrand, I decided to take my car for her first service there, and wow, what an experience! The service is amazing, the staff are genuinely friendly, and you immediately feel like part of the Chery family.

I later had an uncertain issue with my car, called them, and was told to bring her in. They helped me immediately, no hesitation, no eye-rolling, no “it’s all in your head.” Just proper, honest service.

Today, I used their F1 Express service for my second service and honestly… 10/10 experience! I got lekker coffee (twice!), my car was serviced and washed within an hour, and I could sit and get work done without any hassles. I even got a cute little cherry fruit air freshener, and it smells amazing! And a shout out to Natasha from the service department, what an awesome woman!

I highly, highly recommend Chery Midrand. The staff are friendly, professional, honest, fast, and they don’t just want to make a sale, they genuinely care. Quick. Reliable. Trustworthy.

For as long as I am a Chery owner, I will only make use of Chery Midrand. And even if we purchase another Chery, or even a JAC from JAC Midrand, we will still remain loyal to the Midrand dealerships. Their service speaks for itself.

Was blown away by my experience with Chery Midrand dealership, we dealt with Jordan, and he was such a welcome friendly face. He was quick and efficient, and kept in contact with me throughout.

Everyone at the dealership is friendly, and they really hype up the picking up of your car, with everyone coming out and celebrating with you, which was fun and special.

But my biggest praise was their transparency throughout, when I walked in and said I wanted the red Tiggo 4 Pro, Jordan was immediately honest with us about the fact that it might be a wait because of port issues, he was also upfront about certain specials and add ons they were running. This was very much appreciated as my previous experience when trying to buy a car was the sales reps hide this kind of info from you, but Jordan was open and honest, and so it really felt like he and Chery were in my corner, trying to get me the best deal.

Thank you Chery Midrand, I would recommend everyone go to this dealership, even if it's a bit of a drive away from home!
